グレードチャートの左右中央に"Awareness Characteristics"と呼ばれる細い列があって、グレード0の高さに"1 Recognition"があり、上に向かって"21 Source"まで番号が振ってある。組織化図の7つの部は本来それぞれ3つの課でできていて、21の課がある。

そう、組織化図とは"Awareness Characteristics"を基にしている。
