俺の菜園関係の行動は菜園人の規律に基づいている。

` 15. To stress the freedom to use Scientology as a philosophy in all
` its applications and variations in the humanities.

` 16. To insist upon standard and unvaried Scientology as an applied
` activity in ethics, processing and administration in Scientology
` organizations.

規律15で、人文一般における適用において、菜園は"variations"を許容し、推奨
する。これは菜園人にとって責務でもある。

一方、規律16は菜園組織内での菜園の扱いについて述べており、そこでは
"standard and unvaried Scientology"が求められている。

俺は教会組織外で活動しているので、"variations"を自由に実践してよいのだ。
幅度の主張は、"道と技法は一つ"ということではない。
