横からすみません、Macで同じ症状（system does not have PIL.）が出ているんですが、
ぐぐってみるとpydはWindows用Pythonライブラリとありました。
Macの場合、どうするのが簡単なのかしら……。
尚、現在はコマンドラインから「./tksaku.pyw」叩いて起動してます。
