　インターネット掲示板「２ちゃんねる」上の違法な情報を放置したとして、
警視庁は２０日、２ちゃんねるの創設者の西村博之・元管理人（３６）を
麻薬特例法違反（あおり、唆し）幇助（ほうじょ）の疑いで書類送検し、発表した。
